Modern Matter is a bi-annual publication documenting creative work within conceptual art, fashion, and technology. The magazine serves as a collaborative meeting point for creative individuals influencing contemporary culture, seeking to explore the printed page as an experimental art space that transforms in response to content. 

This proposed redesign sought to standardize the magazine’s typographic and grid systems while still allowing for design versatility in department and feature layouts.
